Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage.

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Then paid by the customer.

Any shipping charges paid at checkout cover postage and handling costs.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by USPS.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to investigate the issue.
